At Grennn you can choose from the following payment methods:

- iDEAL.With this payment method you can process the payment directly with your own bank during the ordering process. You pay in your trusted internet payment environment.

- Bank transfer in advance.You can transfer the total amount to ING account NL80INGB0007542464 in the name of Grennn. Please clearly state the order number with your payment. We will ship the order as soon as payment has been received.

- Ban contact.For Belgium we also have the option to pay with Bancontact. You will find this option during the ordering process under payment method.

- Mastercard, Visa, Maestro. If you choose to pay by credit card, Worldline's secure payment environment will be opened after confirmation of your order. Here you can easily complete your credit card payment.

Delivery PostNL at home
If you are not present when PostNL delivers your package, the package will be delivered to the neighbors. You will receive a notification via the PostNL app. It is therefore very important that you enter a correct email address during the checkout process.

Order process

- Choose from the collection.

- Add this item to your shopping cart by clicking on the 'Add to cart >>' button. You will now automatically go to the shopping cart.

- If you want to continue shopping, click on the button '<< Continue shopping' at the bottom left.

- If the order is complete, choose the desired payment method.

- Check your shopping cart, also check the number of pieces per item, you can adjust this here and click on the 'recalculate' button.

- When everything is correct, click on the 'Complete order >>' button at the bottom right.

Your data

- Enter the requested information and any comments here.

- Would you like your purchase to be wrapped as a gift? mention this in comments and we will make it a nice gift. We can also add a personal message to the gift on a card. Then also write your text in comments.

- When you have filled in everything, click on the 'Complete order >>' button at the bottom right.

Confirm your order

- Here you can check your shopping cart and data again.

- If everything is correct, check the box next to 'I declare that I have taken note of and agree to the 'Terms and Conditions’.

- Then click on the 'confirm order >>' button

- Depending on your chosen payment method, you will then be forwarded to the next page.

- If the order has been placed correctly, you will immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail.

- Bank transfer in advance.You can transfer the total amount to ING account …… in the name of M.L.A Groenen. Please clearly state the order number with your payment. We will ship the order as soon as payment has been received.

Delivery PostNL at home

If you are not present when PostNL delivers your package, the package will be delivered to the neighbors. You will receive a notification via the PostNL app. It is therefore very important that you enter a correct email address during the checkout process.

 

Return/Exchange

If you do not like a product and you would like to return it, please let us know within 30 days.

The return works as follows:

Always send an email to firstretour@grennn.nl, indicate the following information:

- Order number and date of the order.

- Which product it concerns and the reason for the return.

It is important that the product has not been used and that it is returned in its original packaging, otherwise the product is no longer salable.

When the product has been received by us, you will receive a receipt from us and we will refund your purchase amount within 7 days using the same payment method that was used to pay.

NB: the risk and costs of a return shipment are always for the buyer. This means that you pay the shipping costs yourself for returning the product.

All products are packed by Grennn with the utmost care; it is advisable to return the product in exactly the same way. Grennn is not liable for damage or loss during the transport of the return shipment. Therefore, always ask for a track & trace code and keep it until you have received a message from us that your package has arrived undamaged.
